1. Information We Collect

Account information: When you sign in using Google or Apple, we receive your name and email address as provided by the authentication service. This is used to identify you on the community leaderboard.

Dance videos: Videos you record or upload for analysis are processed in real-time by our AI analysis service. We do not permanently store your video content on our servers.

Score data: Your Dance Scores (Technique, Timing, Energy), session count, best score, and chosen dance style are stored on our servers to display your ranking on the community leaderboard.

Usage data: We may collect anonymized analytics about app usage to improve our services.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide AI form analysis and coaching.
• To display your scores and ranking on the community leaderboard.
• To manage your subscription and verify premium access.
• To send optional practice and competition reminders via local notifications.
• To improve our AI models and app features.

3. How We Store Your Data

Score and profile data is stored on Cloudflare's edge infrastructure. Authentication tokens are stored securely in your device's Keychain. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (HTTPS) and at rest.

4. Third-Party Services

DVLPMNT uses the following third-party services:

• RevenueCat — Manages subscription billing and verification. See their privacy policy.
• Apple Sign-In / Google Sign-In — Handles authentication. We receive only your name and email.
• Cloudflare — Hosts our leaderboard backend infrastructure.
• AI providers — Processes coaching chat messages and video analysis. Only the content needed for analysis is sent, and no video content is retained.

5. Your Privacy Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Opt out of the community leaderboard at any time by signing out.
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format.

6. Data Retention

Leaderboard score data is retained as long as your account is active. If you sign out and do not return for 12 months, your leaderboard entry may be removed. Video content is never retained beyond the active analysis session.

7. Children's Privacy

DVLPMNT is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated policy within the App or on this page.
