1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using DVLPMNT ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

DVLPMNT provides AI-powered dance form analysis, coaching chat, dance-specific conditioning, competition tracking, and a community leaderboard. The App offers a free tier with limited usage and a premium subscription with unlimited access.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

• DVLPMNT Pro is offered as a monthly subscription ($9.99/month) or an annual subscription ($64.99/year).
• Both plans include a 7-day free trial. If you cancel during the trial period, you will not be charged.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• Promo codes, when applied, grant premium access for the duration specified by the code. Promo codes have no cash value and may expire.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any dance videos you record or upload for analysis. By submitting content for analysis, you grant DVLPMNT a limited license to process the content through our AI analysis service for the purpose of providing feedback. We do not store your video content beyond the analysis session.

5. Leaderboard & Community

When you sign in and submit scores to the community leaderboard, your display name, dance style, and score data become publicly visible on the leaderboard. You are responsible for choosing an appropriate display name. We reserve the right to remove entries with offensive or inappropriate names.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Manipulate scores, cheat the leaderboard, or abuse promo codes.
• Harass or impersonate other users on the leaderboard.
• Use the AI coaching feature to generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content.

7. Disclaimer

DVLPMNT provides AI-generated form analysis and coaching suggestions for informational and educational purposes only. Our analysis is not a substitute for professional dance instruction or medical advice. Always consult a qualified instructor or healthcare provider before beginning any new physical activity.

8. Limitation of Liability

DVLPMNT is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from your use of the App or any dance activities you undertake based on the App's suggestions.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
